I saw a reef shark!

Ok not that exciting in the scheme of things, but well I can't stop marvelling at the fact that I saw one. I was by the beach near the shallows, and ta-daaa! it just swam past me. About a metre long and really dark grey, you can't possibly mistake it for a shark (small it may be).

This got me excited and I am thinking of going back to Langkawi again to thoroughly explore the place. Maybe another snorkelling trip. Oh man, I can't wait :)

Product I'm Loving

A whiff of this at the local Body Shop, and I know this shower gel will be following me home. With the apricot and basil, this is one of the fruity-est, fresh smelling shower gel I have come across. In fact, it reminds of the mojito I had once in WIP Bangsar.

So no surprise there that I have been using this ever since I bought it. And with the 100% biodegradeable ingredients, I feel like I'm contributing in making a difference :)

Impromptu Plans

With the weather being overcast and drizzling lately, it's hard to not be affected by it. Which is why, for me, impromptu plans are like little surprises that you reward yourself with :) Even if it's just a 20 minutes breakfast / catch-up before work on a midweek, which is totally unplanned until it happened.

Doesn't matter if all that you talk about are fluff stuff, like make up, clothes, the latest vampire / zombie series (or nail polish - though not everyone will think that nail polish is an interesting conversation). The point is to break up the monotony of serious stuff like, I don't know, work maybe :P

So I got myself a manicure the other day. Love how the pink isn't too pale to be boring, yet just bright enough to be interesting :)

Nothing like a little colour to liven things up on a stressful day. Thank you OPI Japanese Rose Garden. You are definitely not a shy wallflower.
